Yahoo Email Users: Zoom Confirmation Emails May Not Arrive

Please Read This Before the First Live Class

Some students using Yahoo.com email addresses have reported that they do not receive the automatic Zoom confirmation email after registering for the Condor Nest live session.
This includes:

• No confirmation email in the inbox
• No email in spam or junk
• No message from Zoom at all

This issue is caused by Yahoo’s strict filtering of automated emails.
It does not affect your Condor Nest account, and you can still join the class by following the instructions below.

✅ Step 1 — Register Using the Official Link

If you did not receive a Zoom confirmation email, please register manually using the link below:

When registering, please make sure to enter:

• Your full name
• The same email address you use for your Condor Nest account
• The same email address you will use to log in to your Zoom account (free Zoom accounts are accepted)

Important:
🔸 The email used for registration must match the email you use to sign in to Zoom.

✅ Step 2 — Log In to Your Zoom Account

Before joining the live class, you must be logged in to Zoom using the same email address you entered during registration.

If you do not have a Zoom account yet, please create a free one here:
https://zoom.us/signup

Please complete this at least before the first class to avoid any login issues.

✅ Step 3 — Wait for Manual Approval

After you register, your request will be approved manually.

Zoom will then try to send you your unique join link.
If Yahoo blocks the email, continue to Step 4.

✅ Step 4 — If No Email Arrives

If you still do not receive your Zoom confirmation email after several minutes:

Please contact support directly through the Condor Nest platform or by email.

Your personal join link will be sent to you manually.
This join link is unique to you and cannot be used by anyone else.

the registration link is safe. It does not give open access to the class.

Only students who meet all of the following can enter the live session:

• Registered with their correct full name
• Approved by the host
• Logged in to Zoom with the same email used during registration
• Matched and confirmed in the Waiting Room

Each student is admitted manually, ensuring the session remains secure.
