2. Digital Content & Access Rights
Our products provide immediate and irrevocable access to proprietary information and intellectual property. Once delivered or accessed:
- Workshops are accessible on-demand or live, with downloadable or streamable materials.
- Trade alerts are considered consumed once sent or accessed.
- Software tools are deemed delivered upon installation instructions or license issuance.
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content and the potential for misuse or duplication, no refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptions – Where Legally Required
We may grant refunds in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate Purchases: Verified accidental double payments for the same item.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive access or materials, and our support cannot resolve it.
- Defective Software: If a technical issue renders a product unusable and we are unable to fix or replace it.
For EU consumers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or streaming of digital content has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

This policy shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
